Ironically, though, the Lord of the Rings movies are a lot better than the books lol

Idk maybe I should read the books again, but there were really boring parts that made me disinterested the last time I read them

The movies were really good (probably the best movies) & accurate to the books but I still think the books were better

there were some parts of the books that were pretty slow though, especially at the end

Yeah I eventually put the books down cuz there were too many slow parts, I should pick em back up again sometime soon though
