i usually go full random but if i had to choose i'd do Sol-N-V-Star bc that's the way i memorized the names

Whichever one is at the dungeon, whichever one is at my desert base, the one in the jungle, then the one in my other desert

for me its always either stardust or vortex wrecking my *old* base, solar wrecking my *new* base, and for whatever reason nebula is just in love with my jungle because it always spawns there whenever i do the pillars

ill get the stardust, i am a summoner so it will be useful to get the stardust dragon staff, and i will get the nebula, i got the perfect spellbook, vortex for range bc i got the celebration mk2, solar flare for the pickaxe and moon lord for crafting a zenith

I haven't done lunar events yet but when I do, I plan on starting with the one that gives me my class's endgame armor

yeah that's probably the most natural method

also, keep in mind that, if you didn't know, the pillars are of varying difficulty:
solar (melee) is basically always the hardest
nebula (magic) / vortex (ranged) are roughly the same and are medium in difficulty
stardust (summon) is generally regarded as the easiest of the 4

however, all of these are of course very difficult and you will need post-golem gear (i'd reccommend doing martian event since the stuff it gives, like the influx waver or ufo staff, are pretty viable, for armor just go for whatever the best available is in post-golem, like beetle for melee or shroomrite for ranged)

Depends on the class but mainly either vortex or stardust then third all time nebula 4th solar

Hardest to easiest

Depends on my class

I just start with whatever's closest to the dungeon and make my way to the other side of the world

The order you put but in reverse

Usually stardust and vortex then solar and nebula
It sorta depends on how they're placed
