Government Inaction

They already held a trial about this. It was Trump’s second impeachment. He was acquitted.

When there is no chain of custody on 'evidence' and no cross examination of witnesses allowed . . . and all of that is aimed at destroying an individual with the eventual goal of prosecuting him for something/anything then it IS a trial . . . just a Soviet Union type of trial. The older generations do remember.

A trial is separate. It occurs later, if the hearings produce evidence the Justice Department finds actionable. Or not at all.

In the meantime, it does not matter if they talk about ketchup, limo rides, or actual crimes. The rest of the world is free to offer rebuttals around the clock.

Hearsay is not evidence...
