Regarding cats stream featured status and amount of unrelated content

I am a MOD on the stream and I only approve maybe 4 out of 10 submissions. I don't think I would allow this meme to be honest, it really is not about cats.

Ideas I have are:

Reduce the number of submissions per day to 2

Add more Moderators

Give ownership back to Imgflip and the Global Moderators can help review the approval queue

Change the stream to non featured status like dogs stream (very low amount of unrelated content gets submitted there)

YEAH I THINK ONLY HALF THE MEMES SUBMITTED GET APPROVED. THERE ARE SOO MANY THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH CATS. NOT SURE WHAT NON FEATURED MEANS THOUGH. :0)

I only approve about half the submissions
The most common reason is the 'wrong stream' it breaks the rules (?)
A better and more clearly understood reason might be ' Wrong stream - It's not a Cat / Kitten
or 'This is a stream for cats or kittens only'

2 submissions a day is also good idea
I am not sure what non featured status means - but worth a try

I'm never sure about 'Woman yelling at cat' ones - and yes I do post these here myself.
When an anime cats one is submitted, I simply don't know and will leave it for someone else to decide
Pickachu ones do sometimes get featured despite clearly not being a cat
