That sounds like peace in conflict and peace of human nature. Peace of love that's just God being there when you least expect him. If you want to call prayers meditation, great. I would recommend conquering that epidemic that left you so bare. I'm not going to say if you do so in god's name; it will help. Plenty of churches, mosques, synagogues, and other forms of temples have data on miracles. Yet, if you start with one man helping end an epidemic; you might save the next generation.
