More precisely, the Court said it's a state issue, not a federal one, therefore congress will never have a say in the matter, only individual states. States having their own say in a matter is at the very heart of our Republic. We have a republican Constitution so that it keeps democracy in check. A true democracy is mob rule and that wouldn't be good for any of us at the federal level, as we have seen. Less government, especially at the federal level, is one of the goals of our Constitution. Period. Private property rights and what we do with said property is another of the goals. But, as we can see, the government often steps in to tell us what we can and cannot do with our private property by levying taxes, permits, licenses, and all other kinds of restrictions. This kind of nonsense must end if we are to truly restore our Republic!!

Funny how almost everywhere else in the world, they have abortion laws created by the legislative and not the judiciary...

You do understand these are two very different situations right? I don't want to over complicate it for you, so apples and oranges.
