Not only that, but Trump voting counties actually *lost* economic ground during the Trump years.

That’s right, this New York billionaire who was going to bring a manufacturing boom back to red America failed at the main thing he was sent there by voters to do.

So in lieu of an economic renaissance, MAGA has doubled-down on the culture war crap, and of course the base is eating it up.
