As for 100% birth control, the available methods for va**nal sex are as effective as 98-99%, even higher for tubal ligation and vasectomies. But the effectiveness of every shot you got as a child for school, every flu shot, every covid shot is less than 99% effective. But you take the precautions when the risk is there. So use the birth control, have other forms of sexual activities or abstain if you do not want to get pregnant.
