That's an opinion thing, but for me, I forget their name, but there's someone on the Ebon Mountain south of the Naydra Snowfield. They have no story significance or sidequest.

How do you do bls

Place bomb/rock/etc, hold shield, pick up the item and pull bow out at the same time, jump, press B and + at the same time. Remove shield, exit inventory, draw bow then lower bow. Then step up on something, whether that be the side of a tower, some sort of debris, etc.

How to you do a wind bomb

This one is a bit harder since it involves timing, but to do the airborne windbomb, paraglide for a short distance, drop a bomb, a enter bullet-time (when you pull out your bow in mid air), make sure you DON'T draw your bow, just pull it out by tapping ZR, drop the other bomb, wait until the bombs and Link are lined up and detonate the first bomb.

To do the grounded windbomb, sprint and jump off the side of something (cliff, rock, etc, as long as you can enter bullet time off it) drop one bomb, enter bullet time, drop the other, wait until everything is lined up at the angle you want to go and detonate the first bomb.

Why are there no picori in Breath of the Wild?

There's no definitive answer, so its kinda up to interpretation.

So you are saying that your knowledge has failed you? I would say there are a couple reasons.
1. Adults typically cannot see picori, and Link is an adult in BoTW
2. The picori come through that gate once every 100 years, I'm pretty sure, so they could just not be lined up.

It is a question about BoTW. Why didn't they have Picori.

As per your own logic, Adults usually cannot see picori, so thats a possible reason. Either that, or BotW doesn't take place in those 100 years. Another possible reason is extinction.

Or maybe you should stop looking so deep into it.

I was just asking since you wanted me to test your Breath of the Wild knowledge. Another good answer would be if you knew why they cut the idea of having them during the game's development, since they were in some of the concept sketches.

Option 1: Select a thing to target in the hyrule compendium, press Y and switch to the inventory and place the travel medallion instantly. Hover over a sidequest on the map with your cursor, and target shrines. Open the adventure log from the sidequest on the map. Then press right and A in quick succession. Then move to a cooking pot, pause the game, then load a file and immediately watch the memory. Then kill Link, making sure you don't pause at any time. Then return to the title screen and start a new game. From here on out you can't die, save, reload or exit the game. Find a memory, kill all 4 blights and obtain the Master Sword, then fight Ganon. Watch a memory during the fight, then actually fight Ganon. As you fire the last shot, switch to another bow. Then load a save file. Wait for it to autosave and reload the save. I'll update with option 2 and 3 later.

I believe you have to equip multishot bows with shock arrows in the inventory, drop them, exit the inventory and repeat. Once link has missing body parts, you should be good. Careful you don't crash, though.
