Yes, that has been the general pattern except that now under Biden over one million Dem Party voters have registered as Republicans . . . or in other words, they have switched parties. This is significant because the previous trend was to leave either the Republican or Dem Party and register as a political Independent.

The reasons cited? Tired of soft on crime leftist politicians and adherents, tired of the ideological indoctrination of children in schools, and just tired of the random suckiness -- my term -- that occurs to a region any time Dem Party politicians and elites take over. Oh . . . and now those same former Dem Party voters -- newly turned Republicans -- have finally figured out and acknowledged that they were conned by a leftist media into believing all the lies about Trump and voting for an obvious dementia patient . . . Biden.

The problem isn't switching party but switching ideology. The apostles didn't exactly welcome Paul at first until he proved himself to have indeed changed.
