I've only blocked 2 people and I never noticed if it blocked their memes but then I don't go looking for memes from leftwing nuts. They only show up in Politics in the new memes. I never noticed if they posted new memes or not. I pretty much blocked them and forgot them. I don't even know if they made memes. I think their only reason to exist is to agitate people.

When she first came on and I replied she got mad and said I had no right to disagree with her. LOL!

Then she started disabling comments. After opening a couple I blocked her. I have no idea if she still posts.

On a website that has a comments section she actually believed that you had no right to disagree with her. I'm sure many on the left wish for that and some are fighting for that right right now in our government. Although I noticed FB has let up on the fact check nonsense. I had left them for about a year because they were ridiculous. I signed back up several months ago and they aren't quite as idiotic as they once were.

Whenever I see someone's post with the comments disabled I'm going to do what you are doing. Thanks for the idea.

I have only seen a very small handful of conservatives block comments. But if that is going to be their modis operandi then I don't need to see their memes either.

I blocked Octavia and Modda because their attacks turned personal. I'll attack ideologies and I'll attack what this idiot fake president is doing to us but I don't attack anyone personally. That is just wrong. I've pretty much forgotten all about them. I think Modda was following me because he showed up everywhere. I think he is still following me because I see a whole lot of blocked comment notifications after my comments sometimes. He hasn't gotten the hint that I don't pay attention to him any more.

And I'll probably get thrown into ImgFlip jail just by making the comments I just made. It happens to me all of the time. I think Modda is actually a moderator on ImgFlip, hence the name Modda.

That is one thing I didn't pay attention to is the meme. I sort of expected it to have the comments disabled and when I saw that they were I thought it was funny and then I hit the back button.

Well, then if a conservative is going to disable comments then they should get the same treatment. Typically it is the left who does that but I have seen a few conservatives in the past do that also.

I can understand that if they are doing that just to create a meme to copy somewhere else and they don't know that they don't have to submit a meme to be able to copy it. But what I think the biggest reason is is that they have no valid argument to defend their claim so they run from having to defend themselves.

You might be right about that. I just notice it more because on the New memes I typically only want to respond to a left leaning meme. And many times it is to ask what they are trying to say because it makes no sense to me.

I click on right leaning memes in the New category less often unless it is an impressive meme.
