What's making the blue tint?

I think its because its an extrem close up and in very dark shadows.

hahaha, remember that big ruckus a few years ago about that gold n white dress that appeared blue in the pic and they were acting like it was an optical illusion but it was the same deal as this, the dimmer lighting caused the image to look that way...
