How do i revive the Zelda stream?

How inactive does the stream have to be for the "Claim Stream" button to show up?

One owner hasn't been on imgflip for 2 years.
One owner has 0 points and no comments or creations so idk how they got owner.
The only mod hasn't made an image for a month.
No images have been featured in the stream for 2 months.

Only mods can claim the stream, so it doesn't matter

If the owner hasn't done anything in the stream for 60 days any mod can claim it

They aren’t a mod there
