No Democrat voted for getting rid of slavery. Only one or two voted to give Blacks the right to vote. Then there was the KKK, Segregation, and Jim Crow Law all Democrat creations.
Anyway Juneteenth was originally a Texas thing to celebrate the ending of slavery in that state and the last slave being freed.

Well, now a lovely Texas tradition to mark the end of slavery has been brought nationwide thanks to Donald Trump.

Donald Trump brought us this holiday by graciously losing the 2020 election and allowing a new President to establish it — so, thank you, President Trump
