Reproductive health would include testicles and sperm, since those are still important components of reproduction.
Also when referring to scientific aspects of sex/gender, an easy work-around should be to simply say biological female or biological male. Because no matter how one identifies, their biological sex remains unchanged. This should not be considered offensive as it is a scientific fact.
