One day russian police were told to give a ticket to anyone speed no matter who it was. Same day Gorbachev was running late and told his driver to get in the back and he’s driving. Down the road he sped away
2 police on bikes noticed and one chased after and shortly came back.
How did it go?
I couldn’t give him a ticket, oh noo.
What, we’re to give anyone a ticket.
No I couldn’t do it, way too important.
