You probably have a special font installed or a custom font setting enabled in your browser. Definitely shouldn't look like that.

How do you know it's Android and not IOS or IPad OS?

I can tell by the font. iOS and iPadOS (practically the same thing) use Helvetica and Android uses Roboto. Not to mention the notification icons in the top left of the screen, which iOS does not have.
