Also January Sixth was literally an invasion of the American Capitol building! The rioters were literally attempting to interfere with governmental decision-making! How is that not an insurrection?
And while I can admit that some BLM protests were violent and some people used it as an excuse to loot, Republics have also had both violent and peaceful protests in the past as well.

Which of the two caused more damage and cost more money? Which one destroyed black businesses? Which ones included fires? Which ones included much much much much more problems? Oh yeah. The BLM movements...
