With all the "shortages", people are going to be ordered to evacuate their homes and move to central camps where government can provide for them. When they do, the illegals will be given permission to enter empty homes. For the citizens who evacuated, there is nothing to return to, for the illegals wealth beyond their wildest dreams as they pilfer everything in sight. The commies have done this about a dozen times in the last century. typically they used the poor within the country, but the US doesn't have enough real poor people to do the job.
