The difference is minor, "the children" vs "a children."
Yes, I was mostly playing when I wrote "That's not what she said!" I did that to initially push commenters on your meme page back on their heels, then present how her statement was even worse.
Call me a Grammar Nazi if you like (I kind of am), but I really think it's appalling the VP would ever say "a children" in public.
Again, yours is a great meme, and most worthy of upvotes. Sorry if I caused some confusion.
