It’s pointless to label people into a singular political label. Some things I’m liberal about, some things I’m conservative. I’ve seen self-proclaimed conservatives who defend throughly liberal ideas and vice versa. I wouldn’t even bother with libertarian or whatever. Same with parties. If you only vote for one party then you’re just an unthinking partisan hack.
Furthermore, it’s not hypocritical for people to change their minds. Both representatives and voters. People today who identify as liberal may be conservative tomorrow; as it is in most cases. So I really don’t see the point in trying to know whether I am liberal or conservative.
I just deal in facts and have little tolerance for partisan nonesense.
