This is Michael Louis... he shot up a Tulsa hospital and killed 4 with an AR-15. It took me forever to find this photo. Now you know why the media and politicians aren't swarming this story like the Uvlade shooting. Especially when the targeted victim was a black doctor. Just another black on black crime.
