This meme is a reference to American liberals ongoing protests related to US attempts to restrict abortion in the USA, which kills over 600,000 kids a year.
Meanwhile most US states have outlawed executions on the grounds that it's cruel. The American liberal isn't infact "liberal" in the conventional sense but simply big government shills that repeat whatever the media tells them too, leading to widely hypocritical views.
The pictures are just whatever I find on Google. I can find 6,000 more of the same without changing the message.
