1, 18 year old commits a heinous crime and you want to suspend the rights of them all.

Also just because thousands didn't kill doesn't mean they all are innocent. Some could shoot and kill now, some can't and take away lives of any age.

I had a BB gun, a pellet rifle, a 45 pistol, and a Kentucky rifle before I was 15. I never shot up a school and no one I know has ever shot up a school. It's not the gun that is evil, but the person.
