Strawman anyone? Do you even know what a miscarriage is? There's no comparison. How many women do you know who had an abortion and regretted it? I know and have counseled and consoled a couple hundred (I don't keep track). Why do you equivicate a love and honor for life with hatred? You are messed up.

Not actually. Some women are already getting prosecuted for their miscarriages, and your equation of a fetus at 12 or 14 weeks with a child is a false one.

Please cite the cases of prosecution for miscarriage. Cite one case.

When does life begin? When an egg divides to create a second cell? Or when it divides to create the billionth cell? Too much logic for you? A miscarriage is the sponteneous termination of a pregnancy that can happen for numerous reasons. An abortion is the deliberate induced termination of a pregnancy, like premeditated murder.
So does your vaunted fetus become a human being if left to naturally mature? Or maybe at random it becomes a puppy, or a sack of potatoes.
Abortion logic is convoluted, deceptive and evil.
Life begins at the beginning. Duh.
What are your beliefs about animal testing? Do you love no kill animal shelters, or do you prefer euthanasia after 15 days without being adopted?

I've experienced miscarriage (as have many women). Tell me about yours.

Me too, hurts like hell. For decades. Daughter in law lost a daughter to miscarriage 2 years ago, hurts like hell, most likely for decades. Women who so desperately want babies lose them and women who don't care about anyone but themselves abort them. It's not right.

Oops WANTED and UNWANTED. The unwanted ones are clearly less human aren't they.

The majority of women who get abortions already are mothers and are trying to do their best to take care of the children they have. Mothers work hard and have to make tough choices. Unless you're currently providing free daycare for low income mothers in your community, maybe you don't know very much about the situations that force those choices.

Okay. Let's cut the BS for a minute. My daughter was raped, thankfully no STDs. But. She got pregnant. As we talked about the options, she said (and I quote) "There is no way I am getting an abortion, this baby is half ME." As a result of not taking the easy way out, we have an incredible grand daughter who is an honors student, accepted to med school, full ride scholarships. My daughter raised 3 kids as a single mom in poverty. Your arguments are shallow, baseless and demeaning, but I've come to expect nothing less from liberal minds.

And that was her choice: I fully support that. If she had said that she didn't want to keep the pregnancy, I hope you would have supported her as well.

I would not. I have never supported murder. The sperm donor committed the crime, not the child. Execution for the rapist? I could support that.

If only we could figure out how unwanted pregnancies happen and prevent them. Maybe government scientist will have the answer in the next 100 years.

Clearly, the next area of research should be a reversible form of contraceptive for all men, so that they would only be fertile when they wanted to be.
