Yes, but being a murdered baby is a pretty terrible death as well. Plus, if the baby doesn’t like it they can kill themself. The right to life doesn’t imply they’re forced to live, it simply implies they’re not forced to die.
The problem with your little relativistic, hedonistic, and overall narcissistic belief spreads to born children as well.
If you truly believe what you claim, why aren’t you fighting for all children in foster care to be euthanized? If you truly believe a fetus can be killed simply because it isn’t a “full” human being, why can’t I simply kill anyone missing a limb? If a fetus can be killed because it isn’t conscious, why can’t I kill someone who’s asleep? If a fetus doesn’t count as a life because it can’t fend for itself, does that mean we should euthanize anyone on welfare? If a fetus doesn’t count as a life because it can’t reproduce can I kill any girl on birth control? If a fetus doesn’t count as a human life because it relies on someone else’s recourses to live, can I kill someone simply for breathing in the oxygen that the trees in my yard produced?
It’s all the same things that slave owners argued. They claimed blacks were dumber than whites and therefore a white man could choose what a black man does, even if that’s dying. Sounds similar to the argument that since a woman is born and fully developed mentally, she has the right to kill a pre-born child. But at what level does that stop? For an example Elon Musk is generally believed to have an IQ of 160 or so, but the average person has an IQ of about 95 in the US. You could argue because of that Elon Musk is in fact more conscious than 99/100 people and therefore has the right to decide what’s good for them. Brain Shaw can lift more than probably about 99.9% and is taller than 99% of the population, does that earn him the right to rule over people who’re physically inferior?
Now you could argue that a fetus is in a woman’s body, but if that’s the case what about born children? They’re living in their parents house, they’re living off their mother’s milk, so why can’t the parents simply kill those children if they decide they’re an inconvenience?
