Lyme tick parasite

I have known people infected with this bioweapon, it's not really new., Created a decade or more ago at plum Island People on long Island and southern Connecticut started developing meat allergies 10 15 years ago. thankfully it does not last forever, it usually is gone after 2 -3 years

I wonder if any of the now banned parasitic treatments would work on this?
