And the problem is not the millionaires and billionaires. The issue is the tax laws are structured that way by Congress on purpose.
Learn to play by the rules. Figure out how to make your own capital gains and be taxed at 16%.

If what they are doing is not against the law, change the law. If what they are doing is illegal prosecute them. Every problem, perceived or real, does not require a new solution or money. It often just requires the work to address the problem and holding those accountable who should be doing that work.
