There is no provision in the Constitution for the supreme court

I’m guessing you’ve never read the constitution.

Article III of the Constitution establishes and empowers the judicial branch of the national government. The very first sentence of Article III says: “The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.” So the Constitution itself says that we will have a Supreme Court, and that this Court is separate from both the legislature (Congress) and the executive (the President).

Bill of Rights?
The idea that the Constitution allows for a court to remove the Bill of Rights seems a little absurd, but I admit that I may have not phrased my statement properly.

"Both political parties are guilty of ignoring the 9th and 10th amendments, and federalizing whole areas of law that constitutionally should be left up to states. This abandonment of federalism and states’ rights paved the way for an activist federal judiciary."
So, when you pass 'laws' contrary to the constitution, how can you claim to be acting within the bounds of the constitution?

Why? If they are finally undoing the illegal and unconstitutional damage wrought in 1973 where's the harm?

Nothing they are doing would outlaw abortion, just correctly put it back to the states.

True, and usurping it in the first place was a violation of the Constitution
