Rumour has it, in the movie, "Mr. Beans Holiday" it's supposedly shown on his passport as "Rowan", the same as the actors first name, maybe as a joke. Can't find evidence though, so go with "Mr".
"Mr" as his first name on the first movies passport would make him "Mr. Mr. Bean".
