Disney filed a lawsuit? When was that?

The only lawsuit challenging the legality, was filed by PRIVATE CITIZENS.

The judge ruled that DISNEY CAN DEFEND THEMSELVES.

Wrong. Not only would Disney be the one with the most to gain from strikin' down the law that revokes its special status, but the Free Speech part of the Lawsuit applies to Disney, not the taxpayers. You are a hypocrite for usin' taxpayers as a shield for a corporation that lost its special status when your side is the one that voted for High Gas Prices and loves to yell "Tax The Rich".
