Democrats lose Again

the abortion issue was too delicious a BOOM-stick to stir their base into a foamy, frothing mass of focused outrage.

and don't think republican politicians are having roe v wade parties either.

Yes, but kinda no. The debate and abortion-as-a-campaign-issue will just now move from the main stage of national politics to the B stage of state politics. Now every gubernatorial and state representative candidate will blather on about what side of the coin they're on.

Honestly, I'm in a strange spot on the whole thing. I'm mostly libertarian but am pretty much pro-life. At the end of the day, I really don't give a shit. I mean I'm not moving out of Colorado even though they allow baby killing at 8 months and 29 days, but I'll probably continue to vote R and maybe someday turn the state back to red.
