Infanticide is the correct word to use if you're referring to the killing of an infant. If you're referring to the termination of a pregnancy, that's what the word abortion means.
No it's not. Murder by definition is illegal. Abortion isn't illegal. You can say it's murder in the colloquial sense, but that's just your opinion, so who cares?
