Actually yes, it's one of a few supreme court decisions that say our government cannot abridge our liberties and the liberties do not need to be listed in the constitution to be apparent. The interpretation of the 4th and 14th amendments are the same as what would stop the government from rounding everyone up and forcing vaccine compliance.
