People who don't know history, and who apparently don't know how WW2 ended, claim that Hitler was a military genius. He was actually an idiot. (But a weirdly lucky idiot. As of June 21, 1942, he had won WW2. By the next day, that victory had disappeared forever.)
Biden rose well above his intelligence and talents, thanks to shortages of those characteristics among democrats during his career. In fact, it wasn't the Peter principle. He kept getting higher posts, despite his incompetence. Behold 'the Biden principle'!
