I hope the ruling doesn't overturn Roe, but regardless, the document shouldn't have been leaked. That was just wrong.

Eh, the matter is of such immense public interest and Alito's tone in the draft is so pompous and self-important that it's hard to get upset about the leak, nevermind the millions of women who are going to be affected.

I don't know if SCOTUS should really be entitled to all the secrecy they've been traditionally afforded, since these 9 robes effectively run the country now and have lifetime appointments too.

SCOTUS is overdue for a massive reform, transparency should be only the beginning of it.

The way I see it, their decision isn't final until they themselves announce it.
