The main reason leftists are concerned about this issue is that labor is one of the last reliable conduits of cash and foot soldiers for the Democratic party (through a mandatory tax on their members).
No, it’s because the decline of unionization has coincided with the worst inequality ever recorded in history. Worker’s rights are being taken away by GOP governors who are trying to cripple unions to suit their own corporate agenda.

First off, you’re questioning a law that has been in place for 90 years. And you assume I want unions to donate to the Democrats, which I don’t, because I’m a communist, yet you say supporting the Dems is communism. Your logic just isn’t there.
I am in communist circles and have never seen any praise for Biden once. I'm talking anarchists, Marxists, MLs, etc. In fact, there are people on the left trying to hold Biden accountable and are keeping track of the many promises he's already walked back on. If you think the liberal Democratic Party is even remotely communist, perhaps you need a better understanding of what communist policies are.
It’s illegal for your boss to offer benefits in return for agreeing not to unionize. Your boss can’t fire you for engaging in organizing activities. Your boss has to allow union discussion and literature in non-working areas on-site.
