Since she hasn't undergone a trial and nor found guilty -- there haven't even been CHARGES.  It WOULD be unconstitutional to use that provision against her.  Facts, evidence, a fair and just trial matters . . . no matter WHAT leftists were taught in their leftist controlled educational system.

So what you're saying is that it's unconstitutional to pursue eligibility disqualification of a political candidate one believes to be in violation of the requirements of office as laid down in the U.S. Constitution, correct?  You're sure that's the angle you want to take?
