Well, a C-section definitely counts as a method of birth, at which point it really would be a born baby, so I definitely think you've muddled yourself quite a bit here.

I took your advice & googled c-section. It’s a surgical procedure used to deliver a baby or babies (not a fetus or fetuses) through incisions in the abdomen and uterus. Even though you know I’m not talking about a c-section, that really backfired on you. The woman is carrying a baby, not a fetus. You’re really awful at this.
