They were two different Primaries, genius, not the genders election. And he moved - so it was totally legal. Oy vey.

Federal law prohibits "voting more than once" in "any general, special, or primary election" including casting a ballot in separate jurisdictions "for an election to the same candidacy or office", which is exactly what he did by first voting in NH and then in NJ in the Presidental primary, genius.

I guess that’s why he’s not being charged or investigated.

Yes, I'm aware of it. Had the statute of limitations not run out and NH were to give it a pass, it still doesn't negate federal laws.
