Thank you, I tend to get more haters and trolls than I do people that like my work, getting credit feels great.

My process is really simple, I get coffee first, turn on what serves as media and when something sounds too much like propaganda, I make a meme to discredit it. If I am not 100% sure it is a lie, I switch channels and if more than one station is reading from the same script, I know it is a lie.

Excellent. For myself I wait until I come across something that the Left is ardently pushing and if it makes me roll my eyes, I try to convey that in a meme. Often I end up over-complicating the end result; but sometimes I strike gold.

I checked out a few of your memes, really well done. We have a few trolls in common too, most have several accounts so they can agree with themselves and down vote us more often. That is high praise in my view, the more they hate me, I know I hit pay dirt. I am guessing you feel the same way about them.
