In my opinion, if this happened, China would eventually democratize like Taiwan. It would not happen immediately, Chiang Kai-Shek would keep a provisional government and completely destroy any Communist sympathizers, but he would eventually create democracy. As he said himself:
"If when I die, I am still a dictator, I will certainly go down into the oblivion of all dictators. If, on the other hand, I succeed in establishing a truly stable foundation for a democratic government, I will live forever in every home in China."
North Korea would not exist, as Communist China sending in hordes of troops was the only factor that prevented America from achieving total victory in Korea.
The Vietnam War likely would also be an American victory, as the Viet Cong's aid was primarily shipped to them through China. However, it would still be a Pyrrhic victory and require U.S. occupation of the north.
Likewise, Laos likely would not turn Communist and Pol Pot would never be able to organize the genocide in Cambodia.
