If you're the only non-white moderator, honestly, that's something we should improve on as a community. Mostly white means mostly blind to things that people from other backgrounds will notice.
When someone comes to a stream with many moderators, targets one non-white mod with insults, blames that mod for every moderation action that results, then mocks that mod with racist imagery on other streams; "Bad moderation" is not the real issue.
