I’ll take the haggis and blood sausage. When you think about what hot dogs are, haggis doesn’t really seem so crazy. Blood sausage doesn’t seem like it would be too terrible either.

Blood sausage would be my first choice.
Then haggis, which is fine if you can get over the fact that it's all organ meat. [Eatting sheep's lungs is actually illegal is the USA due to a high chance of spreading severe disease.]
As for bull testicles & urine soaked eggs? That doesn't sound like food. That sounds like an episode of jackass.
