And how will the reserves be replenished? And at what cost? The real reasons the reserves were created has not disappeared.

I agree with you. But I believe I saw that there is a replenishment system in place. Although who knows with Joe Biden, he may favor AOC's desire to not replenish it.

Only if demand drops. But even then I seriously doubt that prices will drop to where they were before Joe Biden took office, at least as long as he is in office.
