The “police officers sue Trump” cases are the best, hands-down

If you’re a Trump supporter, you can find some way to disbelieve in all the financial shenanigans, tax fraud, sexual assaults, etc. But the fact police officers are suing Trump — that really ought to give you some pause

Does it?

Oh, you’re squawking about the private security guards at the Capitol. The ones that murdered an unarmed American citizen.

For reference, this is the kind of police conduct you held up as a gold standard in summer 2020.

1. Trump supporters backed now-convicted kneecop murderer Derek Chauvin to the nth-degree all throughout summer 2020.

2. Trump supporters had nothing to say about, or actively slandered, the police officers who lost their lives or the hundreds who were injured from the events of Jan. 6, 2021.

Ironically, situation #2 is one in which it would be unequivocally *would* be appropriate to say that Blue Lives Matter. Because they do — especially when they’re being trampled on, in a literal sense.

The bottom-line? Put those two data points together?

When right-wingers were shouting “#BlueLivesMatter” every time another black person was slain at the hands of cops all throughout 2020, that was simply an expression of unbridled aggression against minorities. Not a genuine expression of sympathy for cops. Which is what folks like me were saying all along! But it doesn’t have to be a slogan of pure hate and hypocrisy.

So, I’ll take that slogan back now, thanks.

Well, there’s another lie. That’s all you got is lies and half-truths taken out of context.
Here’s another lie:

No congressional private security guard was killed on 6JAN2021 and no ‘hundreds’ were injured. A few sustained minor injuries” But the Congressional private security guards did shoot and kill an unarmed woman.

Bottom line is the only thing you break is wind.

A justified police shooting, the MAGA mob is lucky it didn’t lose more that day. Kudos to the Capitol Police for managing this outrageous situation without even worse loss of life.

If those dozens that now, 14 months later, were actually injured back then , the Congress would have trotted them out before the witch trials to testify about their boo-boos and cry in front of the cameras 🎥.
