I was just talking to my brother yesterday - they just had a company wide conference call and their bonus this year will be based upon what percentage of women are hired. No discussion of whether they can do the jobs in the factories, just numbers. The rank and file worker like my brother has no say in who gets hired, so why should it affect his bonus? He even went onto his company profile and tried to change his gender on there, LOL, but the software wouldn't let him do it.
So, what's it gonna be next year? So, what demographic will the start counting next year, POCs, LGBTQs, etc.?
