i (an ar guy) would go with a Springfield saint, colt m4a1, and a colt 1911

The Colt is probably a better gun, since it's similar to mil spec. But I thought it'd be fun to just show Springfields.

I really like 1911's so that stainless .45 kinda sells the right to me...

My traditional side says the left panel, but the right panel is a lot of fun as well. Change the Marlin to a Henry in .357, and the Springfield to a Ruger Mark IV and it would be a pretty decent setup. IMHO

Oh yeah. That would be real nice. I'd get a Henry rifle if I could find one in .357 mag.

Beretta 92 chambered in .22lr? Such an abomination exists?

What is the slide made of? .22lr doesn't have enough recoil to push back a steel 92 slide. Is it aluminum?

Slide is aluminum. Very light. Frame's plastic, which kinda sux, but the gun feels great in the hand due to the large grip.

Weird.....but hey, if you're happy with it, who am I to judge? I shouldn't be critical, I enjoy the heck out of my Keltec PMR30 and CMR30....and those are mostly plastic .22wmr plinkers :)

Just depends on what you want it for.
If you needed a .22 for backup or defensive purposes, a full sized beretta would be the last thing you'd buy.
If you just want a .22 for that shoots straight and doesn't break the bank, you could do alot worse than a beretta 92- 22 since it feels, handles, takes apart & cleans the same as a standard M9 service pistol.
But to each his own. Have a good one.

I'm all about my 92, I love that gun.... It's a bit heavy for EDC - but otherwise I couldn't ask for more, it has everything I'd ever want.

You can get 33 round mags, or 50 round drums, for the Ruger pc carbine.
