Yep . . . a leftist D.A. with both ethics and a functioning mind and he told his junior prosecutors -- radical leftists all --that you actually have to have meaningful evidence in order to successfully prosecute a former president. It came as a total shock to them! Probably the same sort of shock they are going to experience once Trump sues them for slander.
