As for the Iron Cross in general - it depends. There are variations of it. Originally it was a military decoration in old Prussia that Hitler soon established/adopted for Germany as a reward. If you consider it being Nazi with Hitler 'modernizing,' it then yea, I guess. I mean, there are some more Nazi variations of it that Hitler did with the actual Swastika embedded/designed in the middle of the Iron Cross; but not all Iron Crosses had that designed.
